A Vacant unit is prep for New Move-In by addressing any issues that needs to be repaired or replaced to make the unit Ready for the new resident.

Once a residnet puts in a work order, they don't have to be present but if you are that's fine as well.

Resident will call the office and put in awork order and for emergencies they would call the emergency On- Call contact information

The resident has to call the office for assistance and On Call emergency for after hours, possible Lock Out Charges may apply

Amenities

Parking Permits are issued to resdietns of Oak Glen and must have car registration on lease holders name. Visitor Parking are for your guest.

Oak Glen has a pool, picnic benches, playground BBQ grills, excerise room and computer room.

The pool is open during office hours, which are Monday thru Thursday from 10am to 4pm.

Application process can take up to 24 hours to be approved unless the applicant has issues with their background or paperwork

Oak Glen offers Online Resident Payment Portal and the WIPS Program; Money orders are for Move-Ins only and other aunthorized exceptions

The Lease Termination Addenum is your lease states that you must submit a 30 day notice vacate and pay termination fees of two months rent or be responsible until unit is rented

You will call OUC and Teco Gas and give them your new address and have services turned on in your name

Rent includes water, trash, sewer and pest control
